Diksha is a hands on transference of Divine energy that is designed to help the awakening process. It is a form of blessing. I have been to Golden City in India for a 21 day Diksha process, and I went there again for a 10 day deepening process a year later. I would like to share my experience with you and to say that I still have many questions about the whole process. I think that is understandable since the concept of enlightenment is probably beyond the scope of the human mind. All I can say is that something definitely happened to me as a result of going out there. On my return from the deepening process in March 2006, I went into a very deep healing process which was with me for about a year. It was almost unbearable, but I think that because of all the mind training I have done in the past with 'A Course in Miracles' and my 'Source Breathwork' training, I have been able to come through it relatively quickly. Diksha has not made me enlightened, at least not yet, but I do think it has accelerated my journey home. Of course, the affect of the Diksha is far stronger when one is in Golden City than it would be here, so you do not need to be concerned about its power when receiving it in your own country. We were initiated to give Diksha to others, and I am happy to do so, but I do feel that it must be combined with other disciplines to be of real value.
