'Source Breathwork' and 'A Course in Miracles' (ACIM)
We often think that mastering life is about manifesting things on the outside - e.g. finding the perfect partner; improving our relationships; earning more money; getting a better job; finding our life purpose; having a healthy body, etc. However, true life mastery occurs on the inside, and is about having inner peace no matter what is happening on the outside.
The paradox is that once we have removed the blocks that prevented us from having inner peace, we are much more likely to manifest what we want on the outside.
